Submitting A Return

TRBOA offers customers the option to return goods purchased on www.trboa.com and obtain a full refund or exchange for an item of the same value, within 28 days of delivery excluding return postage charges. In the event there is an issue with your purchase, TRBOA will submit a full refund, excluding return postage charges, after inspection of the returned items. Returned items with no issues may be offered a full return, Please note, customers may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery applicable to your location. Goods are returned at the customer’s expense.

 

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and retain this until the refund/exchange has been processed. TRBOA is not responsible for Custom Charges/Import duty. If there is a charge to collect the returns TRBOA will refuse the parcel.

 

Once the returned item is received, a refund will be credited to the payment card on file or PayPal account within 2 weeks of processing. Please note that it may also take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account. TRBOA is not liable and cannot take responsibility for any bank charges that may be incurred during the refund process.

How do I cancel my purchase?

All customers have the right to cancel  their  purchase within three days of completing the transaction (e.g. placing the order on the website). If the customer cancels their order during the 3-day period, they  will be refunded  for the cost of the product(s) and any  fees such as  shipping  paid by the customer to receive the product(s). Arrangements can be made with  the customer for cost of shipping goods back to TRBOA. Reimbursement  by TRBOA  will be made  to Customer within 30 days.

Requesting a return

Check your shipment  invoice to find specific return instructions for the item you ordered. If you’re unable to locate the return instructions on the shipment invoice, email customerservice@TRBoA.com

Returning a gift you received

Gift recipients can return merchandise received as gifts. Email customerservice@TRBoA.Com for specific instructions on how to make your return. Note: When returning a gift, the return amount must be credited back to the original tender of the purchaser.

Funds returned to your account

Once we receive the item, we will  process your refund credit immediately. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days to reflect on your account. Email: customerservice@qvd.dcf.temporary.site will email you when your return has been received and processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size or style of shoe, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of $15 will be charged if any items are missing from the returned box; such as shoe horn, shoe bags, or polish kit.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Shipping

TRBOA will take the necessary initiative to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. International delivery is not currently available, if you have questions please call us at 800-677-8013 or email us at customerservice@qvd.dcf.temporary.site.

International Shipping

At this time we currently do not provide purchases outside the United States or Canada. 

Shipping Limitations

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser if that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. TRBOA is not responsible for lost shipments. We ship all packages with no signature required for delivery, if you feel it is necessary to require a signature, you should state that at the time of order or you must contact us before your order is shipped.

Taking care of your Purchase

Upon receipt of your purchase, please take care when trying your new sandals on. Ensure that you do not damage the items or the packaging, as if you wish to return the item it must reach us in perfect condition.

 

Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, whether whilst in your possession or when returning them, we reserve the right to refund you in full less any amount due by way of compensation, to either repair the goods or to cover any loss.

TRBOA provides comfortable, genuine calf leather footwear with breathable openings on each side of the shoe. Our stylish shoes are made for both looks and comfort.
